Product Designer - Healthcare

📋 Description

• Work tactically with product managers and engineers to refine requirements, implement design solutions, and ensure execution of product initiatives

• Translate information into clear, user-centered designs using tools such as journey maps, storyboards, information architecture, user flows, and wireframes

• Focus on feature-level execution across desktop, web, and native applications

• Contribute to a design system to unify our experiences

• Conduct tactical user research tasks such as usability testing

• Proactively identify both small and large usability issues within their product

• Educate stakeholders about our design process to improve our ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of product design experience at product-led organizations

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Service Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields

• Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience

• Deep curiosity and interest about healthcare

• Familiarity with and experience working within Agile development methodology

• Fluency in design tools such as Figma

• Proficiency in Google Suite

• Previous work history in healthcare, health and wellness, or health-tech products

• Familiarity with Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)

• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, Javascript, and CSS

• Experience maintaining a design system
