Product Designer - Customer Growth

📋 Description

• We're a tight-knit team of product designers, researchers, and content designers working closely with engineers and product managers to research, explore, and iterate on well-crafted user experiences that are innovative, engaging, and delightful.

• We're looking for a Product Designer to join our Customer Growth team, focusing on web-based experiences.

• You’ll collaborate closely with partners in Product, Engineering, Marketing, SEO, Brand, and Analytics to drive business growth and elevate our web presence.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio of consumer-facing web work.

• Strong interaction design fundamentals paired with high-touch visual design — you can craft elegant, engaging interfaces with modern polish.

• Expertise in responsive web design, with a strong understanding of mobile web interaction patterns.

• Experience working with or adjacent to brand and marketing teams.

• Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, SEO, and performance-driven design strategies.

• Demonstrated success driving growth through experimentation, A/B testing, and optimization.

• Experience leading or contributing to large-scale website redesigns.

• Strong communicator with the ability to tell stories and align diverse stakeholders around your ideas.

• Experience using prototyping tools in your design workflow.
