•Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately

•Work effectively with supervisors, national leaders, and cross-functional teams

•Communicate design ideas, thought processes, and decisions clearly

•Follow all organizational policies, procedures, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

•Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Digital Media, or a related field

•Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma

•Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant experience in digital design
