• Demonstrate agility in translating concepts into designs swiftly, within hours rather than days.
• Ability to receive feedback constructively and collaborate creatively with team members.
• Previous experience in designing for brands with a strong social media presence, individual creators, or e-commerce ventures.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite, Figma, or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with the factors that drive engagement, sharing, and conversions in e-commerce settings.
• Skill in creating humorous and wearable designs.
• Bonus: Experience in selling products online, such as personal merchandise or dropshipping.
