🎯 Requirements

• Experience in visual design, UI/UX, and instructional design, preferably in an online adult learning environment.

• Experience with web standards technologies, including creating solutions with HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, and e-authoring tools.

• Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design models.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Previous experience completing projects with cross-functional teams is preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Experience with e-learning platforms and LMS.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
