• Morty is in search of a Brand Designer to craft captivating, visually-driven content that fuels our multi-channel marketing endeavors.
• Ideal for a creative individual who excels at the junction of design, storytelling, and strategy.
• Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to create assets that stimulate engagement, elevate brand narrative, and bolster growth initiatives.
• Key Duties
• Design & Content Creation: Produce top-tier digital assets for web, email, social media, paid ads, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Campaign Assistance: Bring imaginative concepts to life for major marketing campaigns, ensuring impeccable visual execution across all platforms.
• Brand Uniformity & Advancement: Uphold and refine Morty's visual identity, ensuring a harmonious brand experience across all content.
• Storytelling & Accessibility: Translate intricate mortgage and fintech concepts into engaging, easily digestible visual content.
• Innovation & Trends: Stay abreast of emerging content and design trends to incorporate fresh, impactful creative formats.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with teams in marketing, sales, and product development to produce assets that align with business objectives.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in marketing design, brand design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• A robust portfolio showcasing mastery of typography, layout, color, and digital design principles.
• Exceptional storytelling abilities, with the capacity to customize designs for diverse audiences and platforms.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a fervor for design systems and brand evolution.
• Bonus: Experience with content management systems or WordPress.
• Bonus: Experience in SaaS, tech, finance, or real estate.
