🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital product design, with a focus on B2B products.

• Proven experience designing AI-enabled interfaces or products.

• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, interaction design, and design systems.

• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Figma plugins, generative design tools) to improve design quality and speed.

• Deep understanding of how AI is changing user behavior and interface expectations.

• Experience working in professional services or consultancy environments.

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.

• Experience with AI personalization, automation, and predictive interfaces.

• Familiarity with designing for complex business processes and workflows.

• Strong portfolio showcasing AI-driven design solutions.

• Understanding of coding principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a bonus to collaborate more effectively with engineers.
