🎯 Requirements

• Experience in complex B2B systems or in technical products

• Experience with data-heavy dashboards and workflow automation tools

• Experience as a product designer of 5+ years and leading a team

• Ability to prioritize UX tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to balance tactical and strategic goals

• Be able to build processes from scratch and develop existing ones

• Hands on professional combining managerial responsibilities with product designer duties
