You're equal parts visionary and practitioner—a product design leader who can both chart the course and help build the ship. You thrive in environments where you can:
- Lead and influence across product development teams, establishing the value of user-centered design
- Architect design systems that scale with our growth and create consistency where it matters
- Uncover user insights through research methodologies that reveal what users need (even when they don't know it yet)
- Create with your hands daily, crafting wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes that translate complex functionality into intuitive experiences
- Leverage cutting-edge tools, including AI, to amplify your impact and efficiency
You're opinionated about good design, but your opinions are rooted in evidence and empathy. You fight for the user while understanding business constraints. You're self-directed yet collaborative, knowing when to seek input and when to make the call. Above all, you focus on high-impact work and ruthlessly prioritize delivering results.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery initiatives that uncover opportunities for significant UX improvements
- Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes and prototypes in Figma (or a similar tool) that communicate your vision clearly
- Design holistic user experiences that our development team can execute efficiently
- Optionally contribute front-end development to accelerate implementation (a plus, not required)
- Build and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across the platform
- Champion design thinking across the organization
