• Lead the design team in crafting user-centric, visually engaging, and highly functional interfaces.

• Advocate for best practices in UX/UI design, setting high standards for usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.

• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product design team.

• Partner closely with product management and engineering to define product visions.

• Oversee the design process from ideation to execution.

• Work with engineering, marketing, and product leadership to align design initiatives.

• Lead user research initiatives to gain insights into customer behavior, pain points, and preferences.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in product design.

• Proven track record of designing user-centric, visually compelling digital products.

• Mastery in design tools such as Figma, Miro, prototyping tools.

• Strong understanding of design systems, UX research methodologies, and usability principles.

• Experience with designing for both web and mobile platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor design teams, fostering creativity and professional development.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to align design strategies with broader company goals.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex user needs into simple, elegant design solutions.
