🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on enterprise software and complex workflows.

• 2+ years of leadership or mentorship experience, successfully managing design teams.

• Portfolio showcases innovative, UX-focused web application designs for B2B Enterprise clients.

• Proficient in user-centered design methodologies, accessibility standards, and usability testing.

• Expertise in designing for B2B applications, particularly in procurement, construction tech, or marketplace platforms.

• Strong understanding of mobile-first design, responsive frameworks, and AI-driven UX innovations.

• Proven ability to simplify complex workflows while ensuring high adoption and engagement.

• Experience working with Figma, or other modern design tools.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience designing for diverse user groups with varying tech proficiency.

• Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS) and modern design systems is beneficial.
