Lead Product Designer

📋 Description

• Create and execute solutions to address user experience deficiencies across Shipium's web applications

• Take charge of the design function, leading the creation of seamless, user-centric workflows and experiences

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and mentor fellow designers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)

• 7+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment

• Experience implementing visual design systems across platforms in an iterative software development environment

• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Sketch, and front-end technologies like HTML and CSS

• Strong understanding of complex workflows and user needs in B2B software

• Demonstrated ability to lead design initiatives from concept through production

• Experience in conducting user research, prototyping, and user testing

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and strategies
