Lead Product Designer

• Catch is on a mission to shift the paradigm in the war on cancer from reaction to early detection and prevention.

• We’re looking for a hands-on product designer to lead our design process.

• As a Lead Product Designer, you will take ownership of the design process for our core platform and drive our brand and marketing design initiatives and enhance the user journey across all touchpoints.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in designing intuitive, user-centered digital products. Experience in healthcare or wellness industries is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in Figma and Webflow

• Strong experience with design systems, UI design principles, and interaction design patterns.

• Expertise in conducting and synthesizing user research, and translating findings into actionable design solutions.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design for complex user needs and business goals.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
