• As a Lead Product Designer at SQUIRE, you will work closely with leadership to define and maintain design vision, partner with outside teams to identify feature gaps or opportunities for innovation, and ensure design consistency across our suite of barber management and booking products.
• You’ll tackle complex workflows and establish scalable systems that meet the needs of barbers and their clients.
• You will also mentor junior designers, and provide guidance and assistance to cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years experience in a product design role or similar
• Highly advanced use of Figma
• Strong knowledge of advanced prototyping tools and usability testing techniques
• Expertise in systems thinking and complex flow mapping
• Experience with implementing and expanding design systems and frameworks
• Technical understanding of how digital applications work, and interest in learning more
• Portfolio demonstrating experience with mobile app and responsive web app design, including how a product must adapt between desktop, phone, and tablet
