🎯 Requirements
Passion: A passion for tattoos.•Experience: 5+ years of designing with Figma across multiple platforms such as mobile, web, iOS, Android, etc.•UI Experience: Expert-level skills in visual design, layout, color theory, typography, and iconography.•UX Experience: Strong ability in all aspects of UX, including research, information architecture, and usability testing•Product Design: Proficient in problem definition, solution ideation, and feature prioritization; expertise in design systems•Design Thinking: Skilled in empathy mapping, journey mapping, and workshop facilitation•Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.•Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.•High quality bar: This role will be a tireless advocate for our artists' and client’s experience. You should be able to demonstrate how you've maintained design quality and accessibility across screen sizes, while shipping iteratively to deliver customer value early and often.
