• We are in search of a Senior Graphic Designer with a robust design portfolio, agency background, and a drive to contribute strategically.
• This position is perfect for a designer with 3–5 years of agency experience, ready to take on more responsibility in creative execution, client presentations, and setting quality standards within the team—without managing direct reports or leading cross-team projects.
• Portfolio submission is required for consideration.
• Possess at least 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or client-focused environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and with familiarity in motion design tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with a keen eye for typography, color, layout, and composition.
• Proactive and confident in presenting design choices to internal stakeholders.
• Thrive in a collaborative team environment, enjoy giving and receiving feedback, and constantly strive for excellence.
• Ability to independently manage projects while knowing when to involve leads or cross-functional team members.
• Curious, adaptable, and excited by new tools, industries, and creative hurdles.
• Based in the Pacific or Mountain time zone, available from 8:00am to 5:00pm PT.
