Graphic Designer

📋 Description

• The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling marketing pieces by designing and producing graphics and materials that effectively engage our company’s target audiences in a variety of industries.

• As a part of our marketing team, the Graphic Designer collaborates closely with team members to define project goals, develop work that meets the company’s quality standards, and deliver designs that strengthen our brand’s position and value.

• This is a full-time position with remote, hybrid and on-site opportunities available.

🎯 Requirements

• Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field OR;

• A minimum of 4 years of work experience in Graphic Design or related field

• Skills:

• Effectively implement typography into visual designs in an aesthetic way

• Create multiple, distinct concepts in order to explore a variety of viable solutions

• Quickly prototype design ideas through sketches, storyboards, mockups, and wireframes

• Understand complex and technical concepts

• Manage time well and be able to carry projects from start to finish

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Figma

• The ability to write clearly-worded, professional communications

• Additional Skills Not Required, But Are a Plus

• Marketing experience

• Videography and video editing experience

• Motion graphic design experience

• Familiarity with industrial automation

• SEO knowledge or experience
