• Collaborate with various departments such as Product, Development, Support, Customer Success, Sales, and Training to gather and document insights from user research feedback sessions and usability tests.
• Utilize a data-driven approach to understand user needs and transform them into user mapping, process flows, Figma designs, and prototypes.
• Share actionable design ideas effectively with stakeholders.
• Conduct UI design reviews and inspections when necessary.
• Maintain a style guide source document in Confluence to facilitate developers in adhering to best practices.
• Keep abreast of UI/UX design trends and themes.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Work closely with product teams to understand end-user challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
• Advocate for the user throughout the design process.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify research topics and design strategies for exploration.
• Develop user journey maps, personas, and actionable designs based on data insights.
• Communicate research findings and recommendations through user flow diagrams and research briefs.
• Maintain the Design Library to uphold ICANotes' visual identity.
• Partner with developers, QA, and product managers to iterate on designs based on user feedback, technical constraints, and business requirements.
• Engage in the product development lifecycle from concept to maintenance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools for creating high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• Ability to effectively convey design concepts to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with style sheets and the importance of style guide adherence.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects and adjust priorities independently to meet organizational needs.
• Skill in managing UX research/strategy and UX Design simultaneously.
• Experience with EHR/PMs or EMR/PMs.
