📋 Description

• Lead the direction of User Interface and User Experience design for the ContractPodAi solution

• Implement AI-driven design principles to elevate user interaction and personalization

• Evaluate the usability of current and upcoming features, providing valuable recommendations for enhancements

• Utilize advanced analytics and AI tools to gain deeper insights into user behavior and preferences

• Create seamless user experiences from initial wireframes and prototypes to final designs

• Incorporate modern design trends like dark and light modes, micro-interactions, and 3D designs

• Shape product user experiences by developing highly usable and intuitive features

• Produce refined visual design specifications

• Ensure designs are responsive across different devices and platforms

• Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and customers into design iterations

• Conduct research to identify user pain points, validate concepts through A/B testing, and leverage analytics for decision-making

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the legal and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) market to guide design decisions

• Stay abreast of the latest trends in legal tech, including AI and automation

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an interface or user experience designer for mobile or web applications

• Proficiency in AI-driven design tools and techniques is highly preferred

• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities along with a solid grasp of user-centered design principles

• Knowledge of ethical considerations in AI and user data privacy

• Ability to take ownership from concept definition to delivery

• Independence and leadership to influence design consensus and effectively justify decisions to stakeholders

• Skill in presenting ideas and specifications to diverse team members

• Capability to translate research into actionable insights for interface enhancements

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, or AdobeXD

• Bonus skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for prototype development

• Experience in Legal tech, SaaS, and AI environments is advantageous
