UX/UI Designer

• Seer is a remote first agency and Certified B-Corp with team members working across the country.

• As an experienced UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with other members of our Creative Services team to shape the digital experiences that users interact with daily.

• You’re a Figma wiz, and a subject matter expert in creating user-centered designs by leveraging research and data to create wireframes, UI designs, prototypes, and design systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in UX/UI Design, agency experience preferred

• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality UX/UI design projects across various digital platforms, especially in client-focused settings

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles

• Ability to think critically and problem-solve by evaluating a situation and proposing solutions

• Keen eye for aesthetics and details with a passion for delivering polished and user-focused designs

• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant web design software

• Expert in Figma, adeptly using frames, auto layout, components & variables, creating custom styles & libraries, and creating design elements to-spec

• Excellent presentation skills, with the capability to clearly convey design concepts to stakeholders and client teams

• Proactive communication and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including internal and client stakeholders

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple client projects simultaneously

• Detail oriented, highly organized, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• $75,000 - $88,000/year - Your final compensation will be determined by your skills and experience.
