UI - Visual Designer

📋 Description

• Hone is looking for a UI/Visual Designer to join our team.

• You will report to the Head of Product Design to help define and elevate the visual design quality across our digital products.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to craft user interfaces, data visualizations, and motion graphics that set the standard for design excellence.

• Set the bar for visual design, maintain high-quality visual design style, and establish custom graphics and UI solutions.

• Shape and evolve the visual identity of Hone brand and its digital products by creating custom graphics and UI components.

• Contribute to a design system that promotes consistency and efficiency across patients' experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience creating award-winning UI and visual designers for consumer products/applications.

• Experience working with design agencies and consumer brands.

• Experience designing custom iconography, data visualizations, and graphical elements

• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion graphics/animation tools (After Effects, Rive, etc).

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI design, typography, color theory, data visualization, iconography, and illustration.

• Experience working with, contributing to, and helping to maintain a Design System.

• Strong understanding of modern design trends, user interface best practices, and mobile and responsive design techniques.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, remote environment.

• Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions and rationale.

• A passion for raising the bar for design craft and innovation.
