UX/UI Designer

📋 Description

• Messangi is seeking a passionate and creative UX/UI Designer to join our Product team, helping us reinvent and significantly enhance the user experience and visual appeal of our enterprise platform.

• As a UX/UI Designer, you'll design exceptional web platform experiences that enable our clients to effectively manage and deliver engaging mobile interactions to millions of users worldwide.

• You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, advocating for user-centered design and delivering intuitive, visually compelling products.

• Lead UX and UI design for at least two key Messangi products, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience.

• Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that align with user needs and product strategy.

• Deliver comprehensive user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes for new product features and improvements.

• Collaborate proactively with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to define and execute the product vision effectively.

• Conduct and leverage user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience designing user experiences and interfaces for web applications, ideally in B2B or enterprise environments.

• Demonstrable experience using Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools.

• Proven track record working within agile or lean product development processes.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

• Ability to independently manage multiple design projects in a dynamic, evolving environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex design concepts.

• A robust portfolio demonstrating a range of UX/UI projects, showcasing user flows, wireframes, visual design, and interactive prototypes.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

• Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality design solutions.
