📋 Description

• Transform Complexity into Elegant, Intuitive Experiences.

• Own the UI and visual design strategy —defining and refining Orchestry’s design language to ensure consistency, usability, and scalability.

• Deliver high-fidelity designs —create pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible UI components that enhance user experience across web and mobile.

• Develop and maintain a scalable design system—establish reusable UI components, patterns, and guidelines to streamline development and maintain design consistency.

• Collaborate cross-functionally —align with product, engineering, and stakeholders to balance business objectives with user needs.

• Ensure seamless developer handoff —collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are accurately implemented with fidelity and performance in mind.

• Enhance user experience through interaction design —craft intuitive, engaging, and efficient user interactions that drive adoption and retention.

• Leverage data-driven design —integrate user research, A/B testing, and analytics to continuously refine and improve UI/UX.

• Champion accessibility best practices —ensure compliance with WCAG guidelines and build inclusive experiences that work for all users.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.

• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional high-fidelity UI design and interactive experiences.

• Deep expertise in Figma and modern design tools.

• Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems.

• Proficiency in responsive and adaptive design across web and mobile.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices (WCAG compliance).

• A solid understanding of front-end development principles (no coding required, but familiarity with HTML/CSS concepts is a plus).

• Experience leveraging user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to refine UI decisions.
