• You’ll be joining our team as the first designer and collaborating closely with our product managers and frontend engineers in shaping the user experience of our product and driving user-centered design practices within the company.
• About evenito evenito is your event management solution that aims to give back valuable time to event managers by simplifying complex processes and reducing them to just a few clicks.
🎯 Requirements
• Hands-on design skills : Proficiency in Figma, including component design, prototyping, and UI implementation.
• User-centric approach : Strong user research skills, including conducting user interviews, usability testing, and synthesizing findings.
• Collaborative spirit : Experience working directly with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Excellent communication : Strong presentation and storytelling skills to effectively communicate design decisions and research findings.
• Iterative design expertise: Experience in improving existing designs based on data and user feedback, rather than building from scratch.
• Data-driven mindset : Ability to analyze data, visualize insights, and use data to inform design decisions.
• Languages : Fluent in German, proficient in English.
• Industry experience : Ideally previous work experience in B2B SaaS.
• Timezone : Located in EMEA with a significant overlap with CET timezone.
