• We are in search of a strategic and research-oriented Senior UX Designer to join our central UX team.

• You will collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to shape user experiences that are both intuitive and impactful.

• Take charge of the UX vision for our products and continuously refine designs using Figma.

• Conduct foundational research that guides every stage of the product development process.

• Flourish in intricate systems and effectively turn uncertainty into actionable steps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in designing digital products, with a preference for experience in enterprise or SaaS environments.

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, Psychology, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent practical experience.

• Demonstrated ability to apply Design Thinking to real-world product challenges.

• Proficiency in UX research—from planning studies to synthesizing insights that influence product development.

• Display an autonomous, proactive work ethic, comfortable leading projects, managing your schedule, and initiating research and design efforts.

• Strong communication and storytelling skills, particularly in engaging with stakeholders.

• Proficient in Figma and agile team methodologies.

• Preferred: Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., HCI, Design, or Behavioral Sciences).

• Experience in e-learning, public safety, or compliance-focused industries.

• Familiarity with accessibility principles and designing for scalability.
