📋 Description

• Take the lead in designing digital experiences

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of UX/UI design experience, with at least 3 years in DTC or eCommerce

• Experience in leading or owning the development of a design system

• Proficient in utilizing Figma

• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite

• Basic knowledge of Shopify

• Familiarity with A/B testing tools

• Comfortable with conducting UX research

• Ability to balance design intuition with data-driven decision-making

• Proactive and well-organized
