• The Marketing team, internally known as 'The Voice of Veris Insights', transforms research into compelling, data-centric experiences that captivate top talent acquisition leaders.
• We are enhancing our digital and interactive capabilities to ensure that our content is visually engaging, measurable, accessible, and tailored for user interaction.
• As a UX/Graphic Designer, you will have a key role in this evolution, focusing on UX-centric web design, crafting interactive landing pages, and optimizing content for tracking performance and lead generation.
• You will collaborate with experienced B2B marketers, refining your UX, design, and content strategy skills while directly impacting the efficacy of our campaigns.
• At Veris Insights, we foster creativity and experimentation—embracing agility, cutting through bureaucracy, and iterating collaboratively to discover optimal solutions.
• Possess 2–4 years of UI/UX design experience, including designing and implementing web pages in WordPress and HubSpot. Previous exposure to marketing, agency, SaaS, consulting, or B2B settings is preferred.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite for crafting user-friendly, high-converting digital experiences.
• Thorough grasp of UX best practices, accessibility standards, and mobile-first design principles.
• Experience in crafting and enhancing landing pages in WordPress and HubSpot.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive content to elevate user engagement.
• Strong communication and project management abilities, with the skill to present design concepts to stakeholders and collaborate with developers and marketers.
• Comfortable with managing multiple projects concurrently and refining based on feedback.
• Competitive annual salary: $72,500-80,000, dependent on experience
