• Responsibilities include crafting user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our web and mobile applications.
• Collaborating closely with our development team to grasp user requirements and transform them into user-centric design solutions.
• Generating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications.
• Working in conjunction with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define user needs.
• Conducting user research and usability testing to obtain feedback and refine designs.
• Ensuring consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness of the user interface across various devices and platforms.
• Establishing and upholding design guidelines and style guides.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a UI/UX Designer, seeking individuals who are adept at problem-solving.

• Familiarity with current design trends, best practices, and accessibility standards.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in responsive and mobile-first design.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous.
• Proficient in English (B2 Business level). Written communication is essential, while verbal skills are beneficial.
• Candidates must be based in North, Central, or South America.
