• Halcyon is developing an innovative security platform to combat ransomware attacks.
• We are seeking a skilled Product UX Designer to oversee the design of various elements within the platform.
• You will collaborate closely with multiple teams to ensure the delivery of a seamless user experience.
• Must have 5-10 years of experience specializing in Product UX/UI for Enterprise SaaS and Software, with a preference for cybersecurity or data-intensive tools.
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, from research insights to wireframes and final UI.
• Proficiency in both lofi and hifi tools like Balsamiq, prototyping, and design-system management.
• Ability to design for complex workflows including RBAC, dashboards, policy engines, and APIs.
• Strong understanding of modern front-end patterns and excellent communication skills to justify design decisions with data and user insights.
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment, demonstrating self-direction, decisiveness, and a bias for action.
• Familiarity with security or observability dashboards and tools like Material UI and React for seamless collaboration with engineers.
• Knowledge of access-controlled SaaS systems in multi-tenant and enterprise settings.
