• Seeking a skilled UX Designer to join the dynamic team at IMP.

• The primary UX Designer role at IMP involves collaborating with product delivery teams to create user-friendly and research-driven workflows.

• Develop and manage the IMP design system, ensuring efficient reuse of existing resources.

• Facilitate swift development by establishing and enforcing adherence to the IMP design standards.

• Uphold consistency and compliance with design principles and best practices.

• Utilize data-driven iterative methods to achieve design objectives, including user research and testing.

• Enhance designs based on user feedback and evaluations.

• Communicate designs through sketching, ideation, storyboarding, wireframing, and prototyping.

• Stay informed about the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

• Engage in design evaluations and offer constructive feedback to colleagues.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs and promote accessibility.

• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
