• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs and promote accessibility.
• Demonstrated experience in UX Design or a similar role.
• Thorough understanding of UX methodologies and processes.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing design and development capabilities.
• Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML/Blazor, CSS, and JavaScript.
