• Work closely with the design and marketing teams to comprehend project requirements and objectives.
• Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and design elements for digital and print media.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure design integrity and implementation.
• Engage in design reviews and offer constructive feedback to enhance design outcomes.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and best practices to enhance skill set and creative output.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative or related field.
• Possess 3-5 years of experience in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
• Demonstrate proven experience as a Graphic Designer with 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Preferably have experience working in an Agile environment using Jira.
• Showcase a strong portfolio featuring a diverse range of design projects.
• Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.
