•Lead the enhancement of user experience on our website by evaluating UX, identifying shortcomings, and implementing industry best practices to boost conversion rates and ensure a seamless journey from initial interaction to conversion. Responsible for guiding user journeys on the main fluix website and landing pages.

•Oversee the evolution and upkeep of our website design system in collaboration with the Head of Design and marketing team to refine and broaden our website's visual language, emphasizing interaction design, motion, and illustration.

•Drive the design and development of impactful web experiences, taking charge of key website projects ranging from conversion-centric landing pages to immersive storytelling encounters that elevate our brand and captivate users.

•Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure our website harmoniously integrates brand identity, UX principles, and performance, incorporating motion and illustration to enhance user engagement.

•Manage the entire design process from ideation to implementation, ensuring animations, illustrations, and interactive elements align with brand standards, UX best practices, and business objectives.

•Provide mentorship, inspiration, and support, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of ongoing learning and creative excellence within the team.


⛳️ Requirements

•Demonstrated experience in agency or in-house design teams, with a proven track record of leading impactful website and digital brand projects.

•Possess strong creative problem-solving abilities and versatility across UX/UI, interaction design, with proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC.

•Proven capability to lead website projects from concept to launch, ensuring stakeholders are informed and fostering effective collaboration across teams.

•Ability to make design decisions based on data, utilizing audience insights, analytics, and A/B testing to refine and optimize web experiences for maximum effectiveness.

•Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams, closely partnering with marketers, engineers, and product teams to deliver high-performing digital experiences.

•Keen attention to detail—balancing creativity with business goals and technical limitations while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery across multiple projects.

•Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining design rationale to non-designers, presenting ideas to senior stakeholders, and advocating for top-tier web design practices.

•Self-driven and organized, adept at efficiently managing priorities in a remote-first, fast-paced setting.
