⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in User-Centered Design, UX Research, Persona Development, and Design Thinking;

• Experience in Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and Usability Testing;

• Strong grasp of Atomic Design, Design Systems, and UI Kit creation;

• Advanced skills in Figma, with knowledge of Miro, Axure, Adobe XD, and Sketch;

• Ability to produce high-fidelity prototypes and implement UX best practices;

• Understanding of frontend basics (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and effective collaboration with developers;

• Familiarity with UX analytics such as KPIs, NPS, and SUS;

• Knowledge of cognitive biases and persuasive design principles;

• Fluency in Russian and English;

Nice to have:

• Experience with voice interfaces, AR/VR, or AI in UX;

• Background in Agile/Lean UX settings;

• Knowledge of cross-platform design (iOS, Android);

• Skills in UX writing, including crafting CTAs and tone of voice.
