📋 Description

• Collaborate with user research to understand the needs and pain points of our target audience.

• Translate user needs and business requirements into compelling experiences.

• Work closely with product managers, software engineers, and other designers.

• Create user flows to illustrate the user experience.

• Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes using Figma.

• Clearly communicate design decisions.

• Present designs and gather feedback effectively.

• Participate in user testing to validate and improve designs.

• Stay updated with current design trends and technological advancements.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience.

• Strong understanding and application of User-Centered Design, UI component Design, Interaction Design, and Usability Testing.

• A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and process.

• Proficient in design software, particularly Figma.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• A strong command of both written and spoken English.

• Experience working in a collaborative agile software development environment.
