UI/UX Designer

📋 Description

• Design interfaces (Figma, Adobe XD) for web, mobile apps, and platforms.

• Improve user experience (conduct UX research, test hypotheses, optimize usability).

• Create graphic materials: banners, illustrations, and marketing visuals.

• Prepare presentations in Google Slides and PowerPoint—this is an important part of our work.

• Work with Illustrator and Photoshop for more complex visual elements.

• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Suite

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for task management and documentation

• Strong UI skills and solid understanding of UX fundamentals

• Basic animation skills (Adobe Animate, After Effects, Premiere) - Bonus

• Knowledge of HTML & CSS for better understanding of developer handoff - Bonus

• Experience with Tilda or Webflow for no-code website building - Bonus

• Branding & identity design experience (logos, brand systems, and visual identity work) - Bonus
