📋 Description
• Conduct an in-depth UX audit of our main brand websites, identifying pain points and areas of friction in the user journey.
• Analyze user behavior data, heatmaps, and conversion funnels to drive data-informed design decisions.
• Lead usability and A/B testing to validate design optimizations.
• Redesign and optimize B2B and B2C customer journeys, improving product discovery and checkout flows.
• Implement UX best practices to maximize conversion rates, average order value, increase lead generation and reduce bounce rates.
• Create personalized experiences based on customer segmentation and behavior insights.
• Ensure a seamless and responsive mobile-first experience across devices.
• Optimize the platform for multi-language, international users while applying SEO best practices for better visibility.
• Partner with developers and product teams for seamless design execution.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups in Figma.
• Maintain and improve scalable design systems.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in eCommerce (B2B & B2C).
• Strong portfolio showcasing data-driven UX/UI optimizations.
• Expertise in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, and analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics).
• Experience with multi-language platforms and SEO-driven design.
• Familiarity with wholesale or marketplace eCommerce.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, React, and front-end concepts is a plus.
