🎯 Requirements

• Solid understanding of best UI and UX practices and principles

• Proficiency in responsive web design and accessible design principles

• Expertise in design software, including Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)

• Proven ability to see projects through from conception to delivery

• Minimum of 3+ years of design experience

• Excellent communication skills

• High attention to detail

• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is advantageous, with training provided if needed
