Senior Product Designer - UI/UX

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to understand user needs and contribute to the overall product strategy.

• Utilize your expertise in user research to gain insights and inform design decisions.

• Independently drive the UI/UX design process, from ideation and prototyping to the creation of visually stunning interfaces.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Engineers and Product Managers, to ensure seamless integration of design elements.

• Analyze user flows and interactions to enhance the overall user experience of our mobile app.

• Transform insights and ideas into innovative features that elevate NeoTaste to become the premier restaurant discovery platform.

• Mentor other designers on the team and contribute to the growth of the NeoTaste design team.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile apps.

• Proven proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma.

• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and the impact of your work on previous projects.

• Experience in user research, usability testing, and prototyping.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the design process.

• Strong communication skills to effectively articulate design concepts and decisions.
