📋 Description
• This is a remote position.
• Full-time (40 hours a week) Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (12:00 AM - 9:00 AM PHT) *includes 1hr unpaid break Pacific
• The UX/UI Designer will design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for platforms like credentialing, vendor management, and dashboards.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and final mockups for web applications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Frontend Engineers to ensure user-centered designs.
• Conduct user research to understand pain points and optimize the customer journey.
• Design for accessibility, scalability, and responsive use cases.
🎯 Requirements
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, customer journeys, and usability.
• Experience in designing user interfaces and experiences for web-based products
• Experience with designing dashboards or enterprise systems is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
