📋 Description

• Tonic3 is looking for a UX Designer to join our team!

• Propose and define the interface system component’s interaction, behavior and visual style.

• Prototype Design.

• Create and manage Design systems.

• Apply Design Thinking Techniques.

• Teamwork: work closely with project managers, designers, content strategists, developers, testers, etc.

• This is a freelance position, offering the flexibility to work on an hourly basis or per defined project.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in user flow design both in responsive web and mobile native apps.

• Experience working with prototyping tools like: Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Mural, Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Visual Design Knowledge in Usability (Heuristics, Information Architecture and Interactivity).

• UX Processes (Design Studio, Card Sorting, People, etc).

• Design Thinking.

• AI Background is a plus.

• Previous experience working with Scrum Methodologies.

• Fluency in English is required. Advanced/Native proficiency.
