• Responsibilities: Lead UX/UI design for early-stage AI, Web3, and SaaS products, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience from prototype to launch.

• Design intuitive, scalable, and performant user interfaces that cater to both frontend and AI-powered backend functionalities.

• Develop prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups to validate ideas and test user flows before development.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and AI engineers to ensure designs are feasible, functional, and aligned with business goals.

• Create responsive, mobile-first UI components that are optimized for a variety of devices and browsers.

• Design and refine the user experience for innovative AI integrations, especially those related to SaaS and Web3 applications.

• Participate in rapid iteration and A/B testing to refine user interfaces based on feedback from early-stage product testing.

• Contribute to defining product vision through the lens of UI/UX, ensuring user-centric design decisions are made throughout the development cycle.

• Stay ahead of design trends and technologies, particularly related to AI, Web3, and SaaS environments, to keep our products cutting-edge and relevant.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer in a startup environment, ideally in AI, Web3, or SaaS industries.

• Demonstrated experience designing prototypes for early-stage products, especially for AI-driven platforms or Web3 applications.

• Strong proficiency in modern frontend technologies (React.js, Next.js, Vue.js), HTML5, CSS3, and design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

• Experience in creating and refining user journeys and wireframes to rapidly iterate and launch MVPs.

• Knowledge of integrating AI-powered features into user interfaces and understanding of AI toolkits (e.g., CopilotSDK).

• Familiarity with Web3 design principles, decentralized apps (dApps), and blockchain-based interfaces is a plus.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design and responsive web design principles.

• Experience working in agile, fast-paced startup environments where priorities shift and require flexibility.

• Soft Skills: Creative and resourceful problem-solver, comfortable building from scratch and adapting quickly to changing requirements.

• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a remote-first team environment.

• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including AI engineers, backend developers, and business stakeholders.

• Nice to Have: Experience working in Web3 projects or decentralized applications (dApps) and understanding the design challenges specific to these environments.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and how they can impact frontend application deployment.

• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG standards) and inclusive design practices, particularly for decentralized or AI-driven applications.

• Knowledge of backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, GraphQL) to facilitate better collaboration with developers.

• Previous experience with or interest in designing for AI/ML-driven applications, particularly with complex user interactions.
