UX Designer

• This is a remote position.

• This position is 100% remote from Mexico, Colombia and other Latin American countries.

• Advancio is seeking a UX designer to join our Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) department.

• As a UX designer, you will be at the heart of understanding and enhancing the user experience.

• You will conduct user research, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to inform product design.

• Your key responsibilities include executing the research vision and strategy, conducting user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and other research methods.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions.

• Inspire optimal solutions that solve real user problems and challenge the team to discover the smartest, most efficient solutions.

• Play a crucial role in ensuring that our technology solutions are effective, innovative, and aligned with strategic objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a UX designer role.

• Experience in user-centered design, design thinking tools and methodologies.

• 2+ years UX design experiences or design efforts in CPG industry.

• 3+ years using design tooling such as Figma, InVision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar design tools.

• Experience with Data & Analytics, Marketing, GenAI, Trade Promotion Management, SKU Creation is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects with great attention to detail, time management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously while also being highly collaborative.

• Experience collaborating with product management and engineering teams to develop tools and processes that support a strong design system at scale.

• Comfortable working as a member of a global team, with multiple stakeholders across multiple projects.

• Highly professional and collaborative with a commitment to high quality standards.

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
