• Looking for a talented UX/UI Designer with experience working in dynamic startup environments, particularly with AI, Web3, and SaaS products.

• Responsibilities include leading UX/UI design for early-stage products, ensuring a seamless user experience from prototype to launch.

• Design intuitive and scalable user interfaces that cater to frontend and AI-powered backend.

• Develop prototypes and wireframes to validate ideas and test user flows.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and AI engineers on design feasibility and functionality.

• Create responsive and mobile-first UI components optimized for devices and browsers.

• Participate in rapid iteration and A/B testing of user interfaces based on feedback.

• Stay ahead of design trends particularly related to AI, Web3, and SaaS.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer in a startup environment, ideally in AI, Web3, or SaaS industries.

• Demonstrated experience designing prototypes for early-stage products, especially for AI-driven platforms or Web3 applications.

• Strong proficiency in modern frontend technologies (React.js, Next.js, Vue.js), HTML5, CSS3, and design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

• Experience in creating and refining user journeys and wireframes to rapidly iterate and launch MVPs.

• Knowledge of integrating AI-powered features into user interfaces and understanding of AI toolkits (e.g., CopilotSDK).

• Familiarity with Web3 design principles, decentralized apps (dApps), and blockchain-based interfaces is a plus.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design and responsive web design principles.

• Experience working in agile, fast-paced startup environments where priorities shift and require flexibility.

• Creative and resourceful problem-solver, comfortable building from scratch and adapting quickly to changing requirements.

• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a remote-first team environment.

• Passionate about crafting exceptional user experiences and eager to have an impact on the growth of innovative products.

• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including AI engineers, backend developers, and business stakeholders.

• Experience working in Web3 projects or decentralized applications (dApps) and understanding the design challenges specific to these environments is nice to have.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and how they can impact frontend application deployment is nice to have.

• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG standards) and inclusive design practices, particularly for decentralized or AI-driven applications is nice to have.

• Knowledge of backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, GraphQL) to facilitate better collaboration with developers is nice to have.

• Previous experience with or interest in designing for AI/ML-driven applications, particularly with complex user interactions is nice to have.
