UI/UX Designer

📋 Description

• We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer who can create stunning visual masterpieces for a variety of digital and web-based products.

• You would be responsible for developing concepts and then working with the development team to turn them into finished products.

• You must be able to create designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly.

• We are looking for someone who is a perfectionist but still able to meet deadlines.

• You would be working on a team, so the ability to collaborate and find mutually beneficial ideas is a must.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Art, Graphic Design, or related field

• 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, web designer, or other UI/UX-related experience

• Strong portfolio of previous work experience to illustrate your skillset

• Professional proficiency in English verbal and written

• Great interpersonal skills including the ability to take briefs and feedback and turn them into visual masterpieces

• Experience creating wireframes and mock-ups for initial project direction

• A strong understanding of the technical limitations and expense of the systems you’re designing.

• Experience and knowledge of Adobe Suite and other design tools.

• Ability to research and conduct user studies to make data-backed decisions

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously

• Ability to work independently and self-manage as well as collaborate in a team environment

• Strong organizational skills especially when it comes to version control

• Experience working in agile environments and coordinating across departments

• Ability to meet deadlines while meeting other task requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail
