📋 Description

• As a Senior UX Designer at Smartpricing, you will lead the UX design process for one of our products, managing the entire design cycle from research to delivery.

• Your goal will be to enhance the user experience while balancing business needs with usability.

• Lead the UX design process for one of our products, from discovery to final delivery.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to improve the product experience.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Designers to define and execute effective UX strategies.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces aligned with Smartpricing’s design system.

• Ensure that accessibility and usability best practices are integrated into the design process.

• Contribute to the evolution of Smartpricing’s design system and UX guidelines.

• Align design decisions with business goals and user needs.

• Stay up to date with the latest UX trends, tools, and methodologies to drive innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably in the SaaS industry.

• Fluency in Italian (advanced level) and proficiency in English (intermediate level)

• High proficiency in Figma for UX design.

• Strong experience in user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

• Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and user flows.

• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality UI designs.

• Knowledge of UX writing principles and how to integrate them into designs.

• Experience working with design systems and component-based design approaches.

• Experience in Agile environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
