🎯 Requirements

• You have 5+ years of experience and a proven track record in steering product teams focused on internal digital products.

• You love structured Thinking and have the ability to prioritize tasks, create structure and apply analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

• Design expertise and proficiency in designing, building, and shipping end-to-end user flows, preferably in enterprise environments, with strong skills in design and prototyping tools like Figma.

• Skilled in conveying ideas to teammates through mock-up's, prototypes, and clear written communication.

• Expertise in defining user interactions and behaviours based on a deep understanding of internal users' needs and stakeholders' requirements, ensuring solutions are scalable and efficient.

• Apply user-centricity, with a strong grasp of design principles that prioritize the user's experience, focusing on creating intuitive and accessible interfaces through a thorough user-centered design process.

• You are a proactive problem-solver with a questioning attitude, unafraid to voice opinions and backup arguments with data and evidence.

• Experienced in presenting work to broader product teams and other leaders, clearly articulating goals and concepts.
