• io.net is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Motion Designer to bring our brand and products to life through compelling motion graphics and animations.

• Lead the creation of high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for marketing campaigns, product explainers, and brand storytelling.

• Develop compelling motion design concepts that enhance user experience and engage audiences within the Web3 ecosystem.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to create animations for web and digital channels.

• Translate complex AI and cloud computing concepts into visually engaging animations and motion sequences.

• Establish and maintain animation guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across different media.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in motion design, AI/ML, and Web3 to create cutting-edge visuals.

• Own and refine the motion design workflow, improving efficiency and effectiveness across projects.

• Work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, ensuring animations are delivered on time while maintaining high standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or a related field, ideally within a tech or Web3 environment.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion design work, including UI animations, brand storytelling, and explainer videos.

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D (or other 3D animation tools), and motion graphics techniques.

• Experience with animation principles, visual storytelling, and UI/UX motion best practices.

• Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams, taking ownership of projects, and delivering under tight deadlines.

• Strong communication skills and willingness to receive and act on feedback with a high level of professionalism.
