Working Student Product Designer

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with designers, product managers, data scientists, and developers to define problems, lead research initiatives & create high fidelity design solutions for new and existing features.

• Quickly understanding complex models & problems, and designing intuitive, elegant, user-centric solutions.

• Facilitating and executing qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing with our rapidly expanding user-base.

• Collaborating with 1K5º designers to sharpen your design craft, with a huge opportunity to slingshot your career development.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field.

• A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and thought process (academic projects are welcome!).

• A strong grasp and command of Figma.

• A sense of quality for intuitive user experiences, interaction patterns, and visual design.

• A finger on the pulse of design trends and industry best practices.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive, and energized attitude.

• Bonus points for: Experience or knowledge of the climate tech industry.

• German fluency.
