šÆ Requirements
ā¢ Experienced with building, iterating and maintaining flexible design systems, preferably using Figma
ā¢ 6+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/ UI Design, ideally working within a Product-driven team or organization
ā¢ Ability to actively listen to your teamās needs and translates those needs into meaningful guidance and actions to support team growth and unblock their road to success.
ā¢ Empower your team think strategically ā to have the problem to solve and the autonomy to craft the solution.
ā¢ Ability and experience to forge the right conditions for high collaboration between your product design team and product managers, developers, business analysts or stakeholders.
ā¢ When a strong partnership hasnāt been established, your relationship management and communication skills forge the path of collaboration and shared understanding to help foster the right conditions for product design success.
ā¢ Ability to challenge the āproblems to solveā that are given to your team as well as the solutions your team proposes.
ā¢ Able to bring humility to your own work and expect the same from the people around you.
ā¢ Keep a steady pulse on how ābest-in-classā is evolving within the Product Design practice ā how it is influenced by emerging technology, competitors, or the changing needs seen in your usersā product ecosystem.
