🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in delivering software application UX

• Minimum of five years of experience in various UX roles, or demonstrate exceptional proficiency if you have less experience

• Strong knowledge of user-centred design, visual design, and interaction design

• Passion to stay at the forefront of design, technology and the data landscape

• Ability to effectively communicate design decisions and concepts so non-design roles understand them

• Experience in qualitative and quantitative user research techniques, personas and user story creation

• Have used and contributed to design systems

• Proactive, inquisitive and highly collaborative nature

• A strategic approach to problem-solving

• Have been involved in the end-to-end design process

• A foundational understanding of responsive web design, HTML, and CSS is preferred, but coding skills are not required for this role.
